These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://arglabs.io (the "Site") and any services provided by Adonis Roman Garcia, operating as ARG Labs ("ARG Labs," "I," "me," or "my"). By using the Site or engaging ARG Labs for services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or engage my services. I may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one posted on this page.

2. Description of services

ARG Labs provides technology services on a project basis, including web development, custom platforms and applications, AI solutions, and technical consulting. Services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed.

This Site is for information and lead generation only. It does not process payments. Each project is scoped and quoted individually, and invoiced directly under terms agreed for that engagement.

3. Engagements, scope, and payment

• Work begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees are agreed in writing for a given project.
• Payment terms (for example, an initial deposit to begin and remaining balances due at agreed milestones or on completion) are defined per engagement.
• Refunds, cancellations, and disputes are governed by the Refund & Dispute Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Client responsibilities

To keep a project on track, you agree to:

• Provide timely feedback, approvals, and any materials, access, or content needed to complete the work.
• Ensure you have the rights to any content, data, or assets you provide to me.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Delays in feedback, materials, or payment may affect the timeline and delivery of the project.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment of all fees for a project, ownership of the final, custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except as noted below.

I retain ownership of, and the right to reuse, my general knowledge, skills, methods, and any pre-existing or reusable components, libraries, tools, and techniques used to deliver the work. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain my property.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

I take pride in my work and will perform services in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, except as expressly agreed in writing, the Site and all services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

I do not guarantee any specific business outcome, result, ranking, revenue, or performance metric. Technology environments, third-party platforms, and markets are outside my control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARG Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site or services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, my total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site or deliverables may reference or integrate third-party services. I am not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction described in the Refund & Dispute Policy.
