The situation
The Institute for Responsible Citizenship runs a Washington, D.C. leadership program for high-achieving college men. Its site has one job: introduce the mission and programs, and move strong candidates toward applying.
The approach
We led with the mission and the scholars themselves rather than institutional boilerplate, kept each program one click from the homepage, and made the application path visible on every page.
The result
Live at theinstitute.net on the organization's own domain. The mission, programs, and scholars each sit one click from the homepage, and the apply call to action stays within reach on every page.
